MUSÉE DU CLOÎTRE DE NOTRE-DAME-EN-VAUX
The Museum of the cloister of Notre-Dame-en-Vaux is a museum of Chalons-en-Champagne located rue Nicolas Durand. The museum of medieval art was founded and opened in 1976, following archaeological excavation campaigns carried out since 1963 by Pressouyre on the site of the former cloister of the chapter of Notre-Dame-en-Vaux. The cloister was raised north of the college in the years 1170 and destroyed in 1759 and 1766.
