English Garden

JARDIN DE LA PETITE ROCHELLE

The rich diversity of rare species - trees, shrubs, perennials and climbers - which have been maturing here for nearly 40 years now, make this a veritable botanical garden. Springtime means flowering trees, followed by rhododendron, wisteria, peonies, roses and clematis. Summer is the quieter season of hydrangeas and herbaceous perennials; and finally autumn, with its drifts of asters, colchicum and flaming colours.
