This 30 acres (0.12 km²) estate was created so that organized nature and wild vegetation are next to each other. It is well-known for its Rhododendrons, Azaleas and Magnolias which were introduced and naturalized among local flora. English style cared-for gardens, a vast park overlooking the seaside and a manor, where the owner family is living, make up the Bois des Moutiers.
