KIRCHBERG EUROPEAN CENTER 
Kirchberg or the Kirchberg is a quarter in north-eastern Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It consists of a plateau situated to the north-east of the city centre, Ville Haute. Since 1967, the Council of the European Communities holds its April, June and October meetings in Luxembourg, in the Kirchberg European Centre, the construction of which began in 1964.
