Architectonic Residential Quarter

ENTREPOTDOK

The Entrepotdok in Amsterdam is a row of canalside warehouses that now have the national monument status. The oldest warehouses in the complex were built in 1708. After the dock lost his postion as a warehouse around 1890 due to the construction of the New Entrepotdok, it stood empty for a long time. Today, the old warehouses are converted into residential buildings.
