VALL FOSCA 
La Vall Fosca is a Pyrenean valley of glacial formation, where the river Flamisell runs and it's located in the northern part of the Pallars Jussà. There are three valleys: Ricuerna, Fili and Estany Gento ravine. In the village Capdella come three canyons together and form the Flamisell river, which flow through the city of Puebla de Segur Senterada.
