30 St Mary Axe, the Swiss Re Building, colloquially referred to as the 'Gherkin' or the Cucumber Building, is a skyscraper in London's main financial district, opened at the end of May 2004. At 180m tall, it is the second tallest building in the City of London and the sixth tallest in London.
