Historic Military Cemetery

LIJSSENTHOEK MILITARY CEMETERY

During the First World War, the village of Lijssenthoek was situated on the main communication line between the Allied military bases in the rear and the Ypres battlefields. The cemetery was designed by Sir Reginald Blomfield.
